Manage Your Calendars From an AI Assistant
If you already work in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, connect AllMyMeetings once and your assistant can see and change your Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars. Here’s what you can ask it to do.
Things to ask your assistant
Check your day across every calendar
“What’s on my calendar tomorrow?” or “Am I free Friday afternoon?” Your assistant checks every connected calendar at once, so a dentist appointment on your personal Google Calendar counts the same as a meeting in Outlook.
Move, add and cancel events
“Move my 2pm to 3pm.” “Add a 30-minute call with Sam on Thursday at 10 on my work calendar.” “Do I have any conflicts next week?” It edits the event in the right calendar and checks for overlaps first.
Set up calendar sync in one conversation
“Show my personal events as busy on my work calendar.” If an account isn’t connected yet, your assistant sends you the Google or Microsoft sign-in link (for iCloud, you’ll create an app-specific password at account.apple.com). Then it creates the sync. The free plan includes 1 one-way sync in Free/Busy mode across 2 accounts; Pro adds two-way sync and more accounts.
Find out why something didn’t sync
“Is my calendar sync working?” Your assistant checks sync status and recent activity, and can force a fresh sync of a calendar that looks out of date.
Share a booking link
“Create a scheduling page for 30-minute calls on weekday afternoons.” Creating booking links through your assistant needs a paid plan.

In Claude or ChatGPT, add AllMyMeetings as a custom connector and sign in. There’s no token to copy. New to AllMyMeetings? Sign up free first. Other clients, like Cursor, use a personal access token. The MCP server setup guide has the steps and config for each client.
