The MCP Server That Manages Your Entire Calendar Stack
The AllMyMeetings MCP server is a remote MCP server at https://staging.allmymeetings.com/mcp/calendar. It gives Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants 21 tools for Google Calendar, Outlook and iCloud: check availability, find conflicts, create and edit events, and set up calendar sync. Claude and ChatGPT connect with OAuth sign-in, no token needed. Other clients use a personal access token. It works on every plan, including the free plan.
Works with any MCP-compatible client
Set up the calendar MCP server
Claude and ChatGPT sign in with OAuth, so there’s no token to copy:
- Claude (claude.ai or Claude Desktop): open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the server URL below, then sign in to AllMyMeetings and approve access.
- ChatGPT: add a custom connector in ChatGPT’s connector settings with the same URL and choose OAuth. Sign in and approve when prompted.
- Other clients (Perplexity, OpenClaw, Cursor, VS Code, scripts): create a personal access token at Settings → API and replace
YOUR_API_TOKENin the config. Tokens can be read-only or read-write and expire after 30, 90 or 365 days.
No account yet? Sign up free first. Every plan, including the free plan, can use the MCP server.

21 tools and 4 resources
Your assistant discovers these automatically once connected. The full list with descriptions is in /llms-full.txt.
| Group | Tools |

A read-only token only sees the tools that don’t change data. On the free plan your assistant gets full read and write access, within the plan’s limits: 2 calendar accounts and 1 one-way sync in Free/Busy mode. See plans and limits.
What your agent can do
Full calendar lifecycle management through natural language.
Connect Calendars
Connect Google, Outlook, or iCloud accounts via OAuth handoff. Your agent initiates the flow, you click the link.
Create Sync Pairs
Set up sync between your calendars. The free plan includes 1 one-way sync in Free/Busy mode; Pro adds two-way sync and the Full details and Private modes.
Manage Events
List, create, update, and delete events across all connected calendars through conversation.
Check Availability
Query free/busy status across all accounts at once. Find open slots that work across every calendar.
Scheduling Links
Generate shareable booking pages that check your connected calendars for conflicts. Creating them through MCP needs a paid plan.
Monitor Sync Status
Check sync health, view recent activity, and troubleshoot issues — all from your agent conversation.
Just say what you need
No API docs to read. No dashboards to click through. Tell your agent what you want.
You say
“Connect my work Google Calendar and personal Outlook”
Agent initiates OAuth for both providers, gives you two links to click, confirms connection.
You say
“Show my personal events as busy on my work calendar”
Agent creates a one-way sync pair in Free/Busy mode and confirms it’s running. On Pro, it can sync both ways.
You say
“Am I free Thursday afternoon?”
Agent checks availability across all connected calendars and returns open time slots.
You say
“Create a scheduling page for 30-minute meetings”
Agent generates a booking link that checks your connected calendars for conflicts (paid plans).
MCP server FAQ
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants use external tools and data. Any MCP-compatible client can connect to any MCP server, including AllMyMeetings. Read what launched and what’s new, or the walkthrough of setting up sync from Claude.
What agents work with this?
Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop) and ChatGPT connect with OAuth sign-in. Any other client that supports remote (Streamable HTTP) MCP servers, such as Perplexity, OpenClaw, Cursor or VS Code, connects with a personal access token.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. Add https://staging.allmymeetings.com/mcp/calendar as a custom connector in ChatGPT and sign in with OAuth. No API token is needed. Claude works the same way.
How do I get an API token?
Not for Claude or ChatGPT: they connect with OAuth, so you sign in and approve access. Other clients, such as Cursor, VS Code or your own scripts, use a personal access token from Settings → API. Tokens can be read-only or read-write and expire after 30, 90 or 365 days.
Which plan do I need?
Any plan, including the free plan. The MCP server isn’t read-only on the free plan: your assistant can read and write events and create sync pairs. Plan limits still apply to what it creates: the free plan allows 2 calendar accounts and 1 one-way sync in Free/Busy mode. Two-way sync needs Pro, and creating scheduling links through MCP needs a paid plan. Compare plans.
Is full account provisioning supported?
Yes. Your assistant can connect calendar providers, create sync pairs and manage events. The manual steps are the ones providers require for security: clicking the Google and Microsoft sign-in links, and creating an app-specific password at account.apple.com for iCloud. See what you can ask your assistant to do.
